ETT builds the bike; Otto Scooter holds the rental agreement and takes the payments. Here is exactly what is due, and when.
At collection
The £200 refundable deposit and your first week are taken by card when you collect the bike. No credit check.
The weekly rate
£55 a week, or £49 a week if you ride for Uber Eats or Deliveroo. Maintenance and battery swaps are in the price.

Getting the deposit back
The £200 is returned when the bike comes back in fair-wear condition at the end of the rental.
