What our riders ask

Questions, answered

Do I need a licence to ride the Trayser 2.0?
No. The Trayser 2.0 is an electrically assisted pedal cycle (EAPC), so no CBT and no driving licence are required — you can start riding straight away.
How big is the battery and how far does it go?
The Trayser 2.0 carries a 1,056 Wh removable battery — most delivery e-bikes carry under 500 Wh. That gives around 50–60 miles (80–120 km) of use, or roughly 6–8 working hours depending on settings.
How much does the rental cost?
The standard Trayser 2.0 rental is £84 per week. Through the AdRider programme (advertisers sponsor your side panels) the same bike is £55 per week — around 35% less. Pay-as-you-go is £12 per day with a 3-day minimum. Every plan includes the bike, free maintenance and battery swap, a 1,056 Wh battery, a charger and a security lock with chain.
Is there a deposit?
Yes — a £200 deposit, due at collection together with your first rental payment. The deposit is returned when you bring the bike back in the condition you collected it.
Is maintenance really free?
Yes — general maintenance and wear-and-tear repair are included in the rental, and most jobs are carried out on the same working day. Contact us to book a free appointment, as many times as you need.
